Cooking Guidelines
Microwave – From Ambient. Pierce film several times. Heat on full (800-W for 1 min a pot or 2 mins for 2 pots. Microwave ovens vary, adjust cooking time accordingly. Peel back film, fluff in the tray & check the product is hot before serving.; Stir Fry – From Ambient. Alternatively stir-fry each potion for 1 minute in a little vegetable oil. Do not reheat.
