Sprinkle one level teaspoon on cereals, smoothies, yoghurts, salads, milk or juice (do not add to warm food as this will destroy the nutritional value of the linseeds).
Take with sufficient cold liquid like water, juice or milk-minimum of 150ml (1/4 pint) per tablespoon.
