Nutramigen LGG

In the UK, roughly 2% of babies are diagnosed with a cows’ milk allergy in the first year of their life. Symptoms include a rash, swelling, stomach pain, nausea and vomiting, and more seriously, anaphylaxis – swelling of the airways, difficulty breathing and potentially a loss of consciousness.

Nutramigen LGG is a hypoallergenic, lactose free infant formula which is suitable for babies with different food allergies, including those allergic to cows’ milk. It is lactose-free, fortified with iron, and free from artificial growth hormones. LGG is the name of a probiotic the formula contains, which supports gut health and strengthens the intestinal barrier.
