Description

The Best Radiatori is pressed through a bronze mould-known as a ‘die’ – then air-dried slowly to create its characteristic porous texture that soaks up every last drop of sauce – delicious with fragrant basil pesto.

Cooking Guidelines Hob - From Ambient. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Allow approximately 75g per person. Place pasta in a large pan of boiling, slightly salted water. Stir and return to the boil. Cook for 7 minutes for 'al dente' or 9 minutes for a softer texture. Drain well and serve immediately in your favourite recipe.
