Uses / Instructions

Package Type Box Preparation And Usage Directions for use Brush your teeth for 2 minutes, twice a day using a fluoride toothpaste including once before sleeping. Dentists recommend you change your toothbrush every three months and that interdental brushing or flossing should form a part of your daily oral care regime. Visit a dentist as often as they recommend. Mouthwash and interdental products can be used between brushings for a more complete oral care regime.
