Preparation and Usage
Use with Wisdom fresh effect toothbrush and mouthwash for the ultimate fresh mouth feeling!
– Use morning and night before brushing to help keep your teeth and gums healthy, protect against gum disease and tooth decay and keep your breath fresh.
– Dentists recommend that flossing should be used as part of your daily dental care regime.
Directions
1 Break off 45cm of floss.
2 Wind the floss around the middle fingers of each hand, leaving 8cm of floss between them (Fig 1).
3 Gently guide the floss between teeth and run carefully up and down the side of each tooth taking care to clean just under the gum line (Fig 2).
4 Repeat the process for each space, using a clean section of floss each time.
