You Will Need:
300ml boiling water, 200g diced meat or meat alternative, a handful (80g) vegetables of your choice.
Step 1
Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a frying pan over a medium heat, add diced protein and fry until cooked through
Step 2
Add vegetables and fry for 1-2 minutes
Step 3
Add 300ml boiling water and the contents of the sachet into the pan
Step 4
Bring to the boil then reduce the heat and simmer for 4 minutes or until all the liquid has been absorbed
