Our Raw Apple Cider Vinegar with The Mother, Manuka honey and Cinnamon Powder has a mild acidity of vinegar but with the sweetness of honey.

An ideal condiment for pickles and marinades as well as salad dressings or even over olives. We use the best Italian Unfiltered Organic Apple Cider Vinegar with it’s mild acidity and all the raw enzymes of The Mother.

The Mother are strands of proteins, enzymes and friendly bacteria that give the product its cloudy appearance.

Direct from Manuka Doctor’s own New Zealand hives we have included Manuka Honey with a 300 MGO rating. Methylglyoxal or MGO for short, is a naturally occurring compound found in Manuka honey and is derived from DHA(dihydroxyacetone) which is naturally present in the nectar of the Manuka Bush.

The MGO level is an indication of Manuka honey’s antimicrobial properties.

Uses / Instructions

Shake before opening as natural deposit may form on the neck of the bottle.

Sediment will appear at the bottom of the bottle and is normal for this product. Make sure the cap is screwed on tightly then shake very well before opening.
