Uses / Instructions

Storage Store in a cool dry place. Once opened empty, cover and refrigerate. Use within 2 days. Best before end: See can end Preparation And Usage Eat like the Italians! (Tuscan red bean salad) Take 2 handfuls of each, fresh spinach, rocket and baby gem lettuce. Place the leaves into a bowl and scatter over 50g sliced green olives, 1 sliced red onion, 1 jar of pre-roasted red peppers chopped, 20g toasted pine nuts and 400g red kidney beans. Make a simple dressing by whisking together 3tbsp of extra virgin olive oil, 2tbsp balsamic vinegar and 1 clove of crushed garlic, pour the dressing over the salad and mix well.
