Wisdom Dental Floss 100m is useful for smaller spaces. It cleans between the teeth and below the gumline. Mint Waxed. Wisdom Dental Floss has been designed to clean the hard-to-reach areas between the teeth and along the gumline where plaque and food debris can build up.

Use morning and night when brushing to help keep your teeth and gums healthy, to protect against gum disease and tooth decay and to keep your breath fresh.
Dentists recommend that flossing should be part of your daily dental care regime.
Instructions:
Break off 45cm of floss.
Wind the floss around the middle fingers of each hand, leaving 8cm of floss between them.
Gently guide the floss between teeth and run carefully up and down the side of each tooth taking care to clean just under the gum line.
Repeat the process for each space, using a clean section of floss each time.
