SUGGESTED USE: How To Use: Rinse Breath RemedyTM Tongue Scraper with fresh water. Extend your tongue. Place the Tongue Scraper on the back of your tongue and pull forward while gently pushing down. Rinse excess saliva and repeat as necessary. When finished, rinse your Tongue Scraper with warm water and keep in a dry place.
