How it works

You can access our website 24/7 to order medications, including General Sales List and Pharmacy-only medicines. In addition, our treatment section provides access to Prescription-only medications. However, we supply these only after you complete our online questionnaire correctly and our prescriber approves your request.

If You Cannot Find What You Need

If you cannot find a product on our website, please email us with as much detail as possible. We will then try to source the item for you. If we cannot obtain it, we will inform you promptly. Otherwise, we will contact you with the price. Once you confirm, we will take payment and dispatch the product to you quickly and securely.

Private Prescriptions

If you would like us to dispense a private prescription, please email a copy to info@britishchemist.co.uk After receiving it, we will confirm receipt and provide a price. Once you approve, we will process payment and send the medication to your chosen address.

NHS Prescriptions

Currently, our NHS licence is pending. However, our NHS-approved sister pharmacy can fulfil NHS prescriptions on our behalf. To use our repeat prescription service, simply enter your details on our website under the Prescription section.

After registering, we may access your Summary Care Record (GP records) where appropriate. Once you complete your registration, please email info@britishchemist.co.uk confirming which medications you need and when you require them.
