Uses / Instructions
When using a rechargeable electric toothbrush, there is no need to press hard or scrub. Just run the brush while it provides the brushing action. Some electric toothbrushes have pressure sensors that notify you when you brush too hard.
Step 1: make sure your toothbrush is charged. Many electric toothbrushes have battery level indicators so you can actually see when the toothbrush is charged.
Step 2: start with the outer surfaces of the teeth. Slowly move the brush head from tooth to tooth and hold the brush head on each tooth for a few seconds before moving on to the next. Follow the shape of each tooth and the curvature of the gums.
Step 3: Repeat Step 2 on the inner surfaces of the teeth.
Step 4: Repeat step 2 on the chewing surfaces of the teeth as well as behind the back teeth.
Step 5: Align the brush head along the gums and on the gums. Again, do not press down hard or scrub.
Step 6: Run the brush head back to front over your tongue and roof of your mouth to freshen your breath.
