Uses / Instructions
Directions for taking Seven Seas Cod Liver Oil Liquid:
Adults: 10ml (2 teaspoons) daily.
Children 5-15 years old: 5ml (1 teaspoon) daily.
Women who are pregnant, lactating, or likely to become pregnant: 5ml (1 teaspoon) daily.
Can be taken on its own or mixes easily with twice the quantity of milk or orange juice before mealtimes.
Warnings
Do not exceed the stated dose.
