Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, store in an airtight container.
Remove outer packaging. Place cake on its board on a flat surface. Hold the cake and with a long serrated sharp knife, cut the cake into portions as required using a sawing action. It is important to keep the knife clean between slices.
