Description

A mix of oyster, shiitake & porcini mushrooms which have been simply dried to provide a quick and easy ingredient addition to many recipes. These mixed mushrooms have an intense savoury flavour which works perfectly in stir-fries, soups and pastas.

Uses / Instructions

Recycling Information Whole Packaging - Recycle with bags at large supermarket - Don't recycle at home Simple to prepare To rehydrate: soak mushrooms in 300ml of boiling water. After 30 minutes, remove the mushrooms with a slotted spoon and cook before eating. If using the soaking liquid as a stock, let it settle and pour off gently leaving any sediment behind.
