Warnings

High cholesterol is a risk factor in the development of coronary heart disease. Those persons on cholesterol lowering medication should seek medical advice before consuming the product. This product may not be nutritionally appropriate for pregnant and breast-feeding women and children under the age of five years. This product is not suitable for people who do not need to control their blood cholesterol levels. Each 100g bottle contains 2g of plant sterol esters per 100g portion. No more than 3g of plant sterols should be consumed each day.
