Preparation and Usage
Falafel is a popular Middle Eastern food made with chickpeas and mixed with herbs and spices, deep fried until crisp golden brown on the outside and fluffy in the middle…. delicious!
Cooks in just 15 mins.
1 Empty the package contents into a bowl and add 250ml of warm water, mix together.
2 Leave for 15 minutes, or until set.
3 Moisten hands, take the mixture and roll into balls, about an inch diameter each.
4 Deep fry in hot oil until crispy and golden brown, serve falafel hot.
