Description

This kit makes the perfect vegan cookies that are crunchy on the outside and gooey on the inside. Trust us, you won’t be able to resist these as soon as they come out of the oven!

Uses / Instructions

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened store in an airtight container.
For best before end: see base of pack.

Preparation and Usage
You need: plant-based butter & water

How to do it
You will need: 45g plant based butter, 25g water
1 Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C for fan oven), Gas Mark 6 and line a baking tray with non-stick baking parchment.
2 Place the cookie mix and plant based butter into a mixing bowl. Use your hands to combine the ingredients until the mixture looks like breadcrumbs.
3 Add the water to the mixing bowl and stir until it comes together to form a dough.
4 Chill the dough in the fridge for 5 minutes.
5 Divide the mixture into 10 balls and press down to flatten slightly. Then place on a lined baking tray, spacing them well apart.
6 Divide the chocolate chips between the 10 balls and lightly press into the dough
7 Bake in a pre-heated oven for 8-10 minutes until golden.
8 Leave the cookies on the baking tray for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Bosh!

These cookies are best served warm or dunked in a cup of tea. Feel free to mix it up and add nuts, or dried fruit.
