Thai Green Curry is a light, spicy and fragrant dish that is native to Thailand. The secret to great Thai curries is the freshness and balance of Thai ingredients that are ground into paste. At Blue Dragon, we grind our paste in Thailand to capture all the rich flavours.
The carboard sleeves used for our Blue Dragon Meal Kits are 100% recyclable. The sachets are made from laminated film; this type of packaging is not yet recyclable, but we are working hard with our packaging suppliers to change this. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days.

We love to personalise our Thai curries with these handy tips:
Adjust your heat level by choosing how many of our dried chillies to add.
Add a splash of water, 50ml, at the end of cooking for a more authentic Thai consistency.
Add a teaspoon of palm or caster sugar to finish with a balanced flavour.
Add finely chopped red chillies or fresh coriander to dress the curry before serving.
Cook for longer to separate the oils for an authentic look.

1 Gently fry the aromatic paste
2 Stir in the coconut milk
3 Add the dry & fresh ingredients
Hot… but add dried chillies for extra spice!

For an authentic Thai Green Curry we use…
Serves 2
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Blue Dragon Thai Green Curry 3 Step
400g chicken breast, thinly sliced
A handful of mangetout or green beans
A handful of mushrooms, sliced
Blue Dragon Fish Sauce and palm or caster sugar to taste
Enjoy!!
Heat: Get your wok smoking hot and add a splash of oil.
Sizzle: Fry your meat until cooked and then add the paste, gently frying for 1 minute.
Stir: Pour in the coconut milk and bring to a boil, stirring until the paste dissolves. Add dry ingredients and vegetables and simmer for 10 minutes.
Enjoy: Serve with steamed rice.
