Best before: see top of pack. Store ambient before opening. Once opened, keep refrigerated between +1 and +7?C and use within 5 days.

Preparation and Usage
Shake well. Can be used hot or cold, in all cooking applications as an alternative to milk.

In cereals for a full on hit of nuttiness, or awesome just as it is in a glass.
