ORS Oral Rehydration Salts Blackcurrant 24’s uses a scientific formula to replenish your body with water and essential salts. It consists of glucose, electrolytes and essential minerals in balanced proportions that aid in general hydration of the body.
Sport
Add 1-2 tablets to 500ml of drinking water and allow to dissolve completely (stir if required). Consume before, during and after exercise.

Add 1-2 tablets to 500ml of drinking water and allow to dissolve completely (stir if required).
Wellness
Adults and children aged 6 years and over:
drink 200ml (2 tablets) of solution each time the body’s fluid level needs to be maintained.
Children aged 3-6 years:
Drink 10ml of solution per kg of body weight each time the body’s fluid level needs to be maintained.
Give the required amount in small sips.
Do not store prepared O.R.S solution for more than 8 hours outside of a refrigerator.
If refrigerated the solution may be stored for up to 24 hours.
Taking more than the recommended daily intake may be harmful.
Adults should not use more than 24 tablets in 24 hours and children should not use more than 10 tablets in 24 hours in accordance with the instructions.
Food supplements should not be used to replace a well-balanced diet.
Please consult a doctor or pharmacist before use if you have diabetes, or are on a low sodium or potassium diet. DO NOT USE if you have intestinal obstruction or problems with your liver or kidney function.
