Free from artificial colours and flavours or hydrogenated vegetable oil, this powdered coconut milk is made with coconuts hand-picked from the plantations within the renowned Coconut Triangle of Sri Lanka.

To use, simply mix Maggi Coconut Milk Powder Mix with warm water to make coconut milk. For a thinner consistency, add one tablespoon of Maggi Coconut Milk Powder to one cup of warm water and mix well. For a thicker and more creamy consistency, add three tablespoons of Coconut Milk Powder. Once prepared, pour into your dish and stir regularly. After opening, store in a cool dry place and use again! Preparation To make thick Coconut Milk, add 2 Tbsp. of Maggi Coconut Milk Powder Mix to 1 cup of warm water (175 ml), stir well. To make thin Coconut Milk, add 1 Tbsp. of Maggi Coconut Milk Powder Mix to 1 cup of warm water (175 ml), stir well. Preparation for Caribbean & New Zealand Cuisine Coconut Milk 220 ml (7/8 Cup) Water + 55 g (1/2 Cup) Coconut Milk Powder = 250 ml (1 Cup) Coconut Milk Coconut Cream 180 ml (3/4 Cup) Water + 85 g (3/4 Cup) Coconut Milk Powder = 250 ml (1 Cup) Coconut Cream It can also be used straight from the pack in recipes to give a delicious & authentic coconut flavour. Storage After opening pack, store the remainder in an air tight container in a cool, dry & hygienic place. Use a dry spoon. Best before: see top of packaging.
