Description

Inspired by the flavours of Japan, Blue Dragon’s Katsu curry paste creates a rich, warming yet mild sauce that is ideal when paired with breaded chicken or vegetables. Simply mix with coconut milk for a delcious tasting sauce.

Uses / Instructions

For a delicious katsu curry for two: Sizzle: Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan and fry a jar of paste for 1 minute. Add in 1 tbsp of water and stir. Stir: Stir in 1/4 of a can (100ml) of Blue Dragon Coconut Milk and simmer for 3 minutes. If you prefer more sauce then add a bit more coconut milk. Enjoy: Pour the Katsu sauce over sliced breaded chicken and serve with steamed rice. Feeling inspired? Use ready to cook breaded chicken for an easy midweek meal. Or make your own with Blue Dragon panko breadcrumbs. Storage Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 2 weeks. Package Type Jar
