Description

Pure and smooth, silken tofu is unpressed therefore contains more water, giving it a uniquely soft texture, perfect for soups, salads and desserts. Also great for mapo tofu and agedashi tofu.

Other Information Full Product Name: Soybean Curd Try this protein-packed tofu salad for 2, ideal for vegans. 1 Slice 1 pack of Yutaka tofu into bite-size cubes. 2 Mix with 1 bag of salad vegetables and garnish with toasted panko or spring onion. 3 Drizzle with Yutaka Sesame and Miso Sauce or Tamari Soy Sauce and sesame oil. This creamy, silken tofu block is packaged to keep fresh until you're ready to enjoy it. Open as follows: 1 Unfold the four corners of the carton and cut off the top with scissors along the cutting lines. 2 Place the carton on a big plate, holding the bottom corners and push the tofu out carefully. 3 If required, wrap the tofu in kitchen paper to remove any excess water.
