FOR HIM
A comprehensive formulation of vitamins and micronutrient. Zinc is also an important mineral for the male reproductive system, while selenium helps support sperm formation and mobility.

FOR HER
A carefully balanced formula including 400mcg folic acid, the exact level recommended by the UK department of health to help maintain healthy foetal development during the first few weeks of life, plus N-acetyl cysteine and inositol. Zinc and vitamin B12 are also included to maintain reproductive health and help support a healthy conception.

Men – One tablet per day, with your main meal (purple blister).

Women – One Tablet per day, with your main meal (pink blister).

Swallow with water or a cold drink and take with a main meal.

Not to be chewed. Do not exceed recommended intake. To be taken only on a full stomach.
