Uses / Instructions

Start by removing a Tena Lady Extra pad from its packaging and peeling the protective backing paper away from the sticky side of the pad. Position the pad in your underwear so that any areas which need protection are covered, and firmly press the pad into your underwear with the sticky side facing down. When you?ve finished using this pad, peel the used pad out of your underwear and throw it away into a sanitary bin or with your regular household waste. Do not try to flush these pads down the toilet.
