Bakewell Tart consists of a sweet pastry case filled with golden brown sponge, red fruit jam, white icing and glace cherry. Pineapple tart consists of a sweet pastry case filled with filled with a creamy confectioners filling and pineapple flavour jam, finished with a pineapple flavour icing. Pink tart consists of a sweet pastry case filled with a creamy confectioners filling and red fruit jam, topped with pink icing.
