Description
Eumovate Eczema & Dermatitis Ointment clears the flare-up and breaks the itch-scratch cycle of eczema & dermatitis.
Eumovate Eczema & Dermatitis Cream also provides a moisturising action for your flare-up which lasts up to 24 hours.
Who is Eumovate Eczema & Dermatitis Cream suitable for?
This Eumovate Cream is suitable for adults and children aged 12 and over.
However, if you’re unsure whether Eumovate is right for you or your child, please speak with your doctor, pharmacist or healthcare provider for further guidance.
Do not use Eumovate cream if you’re allergic to any of its ingredients.
Uses / Instructions
Adults & children 12 years of age and over:
Apply to the affected area twice a day for up to 7 days. If your skin does not improve or gets worse within a week, stop using Eumovate Eczema & Dermatitis Cream and see your doctor.
Warnings
Don’t use Eumovate Eczema & Dermatitis Cream:
- If you have ever had a reaction to Eumovate Eczema & Dermatitis Cream or any of its ingredients.
- If you are pregnant, may be pregnant or breastfeeding.
- If you are using any other topical corticosteroids.
- On children under 12.
- On broken or infected skin e.g. cold sores, athletes foot, impetigo or thrush.
- To treat psoriasis.
- To treat acne.
In these cases, ask a pharmacist or doctor for advice.
The cream should not be used on the following areas:
- On your face.
- On private parts.
- Between the toes.

Side Effects
Like all medicines, Eumovate can have side effects, but not everybody gets them.
Stop using and tell your doctor immediately if you experience any of the following:
• an allergic reaction such as skin rashes, redness, itching, local skin burning and skin infection
• if your condition gets worse during treatment.
If you use more than the correct amount of cream or for longer than recommended you may experience:
• increased weight
• moon face/rounding of the face
• obesity
• skin thinning
• changes to the colour of your skin
• increased body hair

Other Ingredients: Glycerol, Glycerol Monostearate, Cetostearyl Alcohol, Beeswax Substitute 6621, Arlacel 165, Dimeticone 20 Chlorocresol, Sodium Citrate, Citric Acid Monohydrate and Purified Water
