Description
Delecta Karpatka cream filling is very popular in Poland. Its name comes from the specific shape of the cake surface, which resembles the Polish Carpathian Mountains. Between two layers of delicate cake, you can find the most delicate vanilla cream, the taste of which you will not forget. This packet is for the cream filling only.

Best before date and batch number: see top of pack. Store in a cool, dry place.
For Cream Mass: 500ml of semi skimmed milk, 200g unsalted butter or margarine (72% fat)
For Cake: 250ml of water (approx. 1 cup), 125g margarine (72% fat), 4-5 eggs (depends on the size).
For Decoration: 1 tbs of sugar powder
Method of preparation :
1. Mix the contents of the bag with cream mix in 200ml of milk.
2. Boil the remaining 300ml of milk and pour in the mixed powder.
3. Boil everything over low heat until thickened (about 3 minutes), stirring vigorously and rubbing any lumps. Let it cool down.
4. Blend the cooked cold mass. Add soft fat in portions, mixing constantly, until smooth.
5. Boil water and fat, add the contents of the bag with cake mix. Heat over low heat (about 1 minute), rubbing the mixture vigorously. Let it cool down.
6. Set the oven to 210 ? C (without fan).
7. Add the eggs one by one to the cooled mass and mix at high speed for about 5 minutes.
8. Divide the dough into two parts. Spread each of them in a thin layer on a 25 x 35 cm baking tray, greased and sprinkled with flour.
9. Put into an oven preheated to 210 ? C and bake for approximately 25 minutes (bake each cake separately until golden brown).
10. After baking, let the cake to cool down.
11. Put the prepared cream on the bottom layer of the cake, cover with the top layer of the cake.
12. Sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar.
