Description

For the relief of symptoms of pain associated with sore throat and minor infections.

AAA Sore Throat Spray contains benzoaine, which is a local anaesthetic.

AAA Sore Throat Spray is the strongest benzocaine throat spray available. Each metered dose delivers 1.5mg of benzocaine to the sight of pain, avoiding the problem of numbing the whole mouth.

Uses / Instructions

Adults, including the elderly, and teenagers:

Spray two doses every two to three hours to the affected part of the mouth or throat when necessary but not more than 16 doses in every twenty-four hours or as directed by a doctor.

Children aged 6 to 12 years:

Spray 1 dose to the affected area every two to three hours as necessary but not more than 8 doses in every twenty-four hours or as directed by a doctor.

Warnings

Do not use this medicine for children under 6 years of age.
Do not exceed the stated dose.
Do not use for more than 3 days in a row.
Do not use if you are allergic to Benzocaine or any of the other ingredients.
Do not use if you have difficulty in breathing, noisy breathing or severe difficulty in swallowing or if you have a rare blood condition called Methaemoglobinaemia.
If your sore throat is severe or prolonged, or accompanied by fever, headache, or feeling sick, consult a doctor.
Do not spray into eyes.

Ingredients

AAA Sore Throat Spray 1.5mg Oromucosal Spray contains 1.5mg Benzocaine per dose.

Also contains:

Cetylpyridinium Chloride, Glycerin, Ethanol, Clove Bud Oil, Peppermint, Menthol, Saccharin Sodium 450, Cremophor RH40 (Polyethoxylated Castor Oil) and Purified Water.
