Uses / Instructions
Storage Once the container is opened, you can consume it up until the best before date. Store in a cool, dry place. Preparation And Usage A light & fluffy couscous with a mix of tomatoes, olives & courgette, seasoned with herbs & garlic. Just add water. Also great with chicken, beef, pork, tofu or seafood What you need: - 1 tsp of olive - a pinch of salt - 100 ml of boiling water Method: 1. Boil 100 ml of hot water in a saucepan with a pinch of salt (or to taste) and 1 tsp of olive oil. 2. Remove from the heat and pour in 75 g of the couscous mix. 3. Wait 5 minutes with the saucepan covered and separate the couscous grains with a fork before serving. Chef's Tip: Prepare it in a salad with cherry tomatoes, olives, feta cheese and olive oil.
