Microwavable Lavender Heat Pack
Can be used as a cold compress for bruising and swelling. Place in a sealed plastic bag and freeze for at least 2 and a half hours.

Place your heat pack in a turnable domestic microwave (max 1000 watts) for no more than 80 seconds; adjust heating times accordingly to the power of your microwave oven. Can be used as often as required provided it is allowed to cool fully before re-heating. Rub briskly between your hands to evenly distribute the heat before use.
