Store in a cool dry place.
Once the tray is opened, keep in the fridge and consume within 2 days.
How to cook: Cook the product in unsalted boiling water, in a ratio of 100 g of tortellini in 1 litre of water, for 3 minutes. Do not add salt. Do not overcook. Drain thoroughly & serve. For best results gently stir the cooked pasta into your heated sauce or melted butter and top with grated parmesan.
