Uses / Instructions

Before using this product, make sure skin in the affected area is clean and dry. Remove one Deep Heat Patch from its plastic sachet and remove the protective film from the patch.
Apply the patch directly to the affected area or attach to clothing if you have sensitive or ageing skin.
The patch will activate within one minute of being removed from the sachet and heat up within 5 minutes, so do not remove a patch from its packaging until you are ready to use it.
Remove your Deep Heat Patch after 8 hours, it can continue to provide relief for a further 8 hours after removal.
