Each insole has a full gel layer from heel to toe with a fabric top cover for maximum comfort!

Washing instructions:

Gently wash by hand in warm soapy water.
Rinse and dry thoroughly away from direct heat.

Uses / Instructions

Separate the insoles and remove the protective backing.
Using sharp scissors trim to your size following the guide printed on the insoles. For best fit do not cut too small.
Insert into shoe with fabric uppermost.
