Add small amounts to your icing, frosting or cake batter until the desired colour is achieved. Stir between each addition. How much do I use? Add up to 10g of colour gel to 500g of cake batter or icing. More gel can be used elsewhere in the cake but the average above should not be exceeded.Warnings
