Description
Pick up our Cadbury Chocolate Cake Mix for a celebration-worthy cake in three easy steps. Just add eggs, oil and milk to a jug, mix and then add chocolate cake mix. Gently mix then whisk for one minute until you have a smooth and creamy texture (taking care not to over-mix). Pour evenly between two greased and lined cake tins, and bake in the centre of the oven for 20 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the sponge comes out clean. As well as a melt-in-the-mouth chocolate cake, you can also use this baking mix to make 12 tray bake slices or 16 generous cupcakes. Perfect for baking at home with family and for special occasions! Whichever delicious treat you’re baking, try adding one of the rich Cadbury icings and decorating with berries or sprinkles for a spectacular finished look.

You Will Need:
3 medium eggs
100ml Vegetable oil
2 Greased and lined 8" (20.5cm) round sandwich cake tins Icing/filling (optional)
160ml Semi-skimmed milk
Electric hand whisk
Ready in 3 Easy Steps:
1 180?C Preheat the oven to 180?C/160?C Fan/Gas mark 4.
2 In a jug, blend the eggs, milk & oil. Place the Cadbury chocolate cake mix into a bowl, pour the egg, milk and oil and gently mix then whisk for 1 minute until smooth and creamy. Do not over mix.
3 Pour cake mix evenly between the two prepared sandwich tins and level with a spoon. Bake in the center of the oven for 20 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the sponge comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack. Fill, top or decorate with our delicious Cadbury Chocolate flavoured ready to use icing for the most amazing results.
You can also use this mix to make 12 tray bake slices or 16 generous cupcakes.
