Why Choose Patio Magic! Concentrate?
Destroys mould, algae and lichens on all kinds of hard surfaces including brick paving, patios, glass, perspex, garden furniture, walls, paved areas and driveways. Also suitable for indoor use and as a pre-paint fungicidal wash.

Uses / Instructions

Instructions for Use Shake Well Before Use. Application: Apply to dry surfaces only. Dilute 1:4 with water for normal use (or up to max 1:9 for light growths) in a low-pressure garden sprayer or watering can, and saturate the surface. Rinse out sprayer or watering can after use. Do not apply if rain is expected in the next 5-6 hours. Applied with a garden sprayer, will cover about 3.5 sq.m (horizontal surfaces) to 7 sq.m (vertical surfaces) per litre of diluted product. With a watering can, coverage will be lower. Total coverage approx. 85m? when diluted. Reaction time: Kills green mould and algae within typically 2-4 days, and helps to gently clean the treated surfaces in the following weeks and months. Algal growth may discolour for several days after treatment. Also kills black mould, but residual black mould staining may persist. In the event of direct contact with plants, flush with clean water. Keep animals off treated surfaces until completely dry (often 5-6 hours). Statutory Conditions of Approval Relating to Use For Use only as a Surface Biocide, on Internal and External Hard Surfaces. Application Rates Normal Use: Dilute 1 Part with 4 Parts Water. For Light Growths: Dilute 1 Part with 9 Parts Water. Apply 1 Litre of Diluted Product per 3-7 Square Metres of Surface. Users must comply in full with all their legal responsibilities under the Control of Pesticides Regulations 1986 (as amended), including complying with all Conditions of Approval.
