5-Hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP) is an amino acid that is the intermediate step between tryptophan and the important brain neurotransmitter Serotonin. Serotonin is involved in mood, behaviour, appetite, and sleep.
HealthAid 5-HTP is derived naturally from an African seed (Griffonia simplicifolia).
Uses / Instructions
Adults and children over 16 years of age, one to two tablets daily, can be increased to four if required. Maximum of six tablets can be taken a day
