Uses / Instructions
Preparation for a weight-control diet:
Before first opening, shake the pouch. Always pour the milk in a glass or shaker first and then the powder.
Mix 25 g of Active Shape by XLS powder (approx. 3 slightly heaped measuring spoons) with 300 ml skimmed milk (1.5 % fat). Stir the mixture well or use a shaker to mix it.
