Uses / Instructions

Package Type Bag Store in a cool, dry place. 1 egg, oil and water. What you'll need: One medium egg 200ml cold water 3tsp vegetable oil for Pancakes or 12tsp vegetable oil for Yorkshire puddings Mixing bowl A whisk or fork How to make the batter mix: 1. Empty the batter mix into a mixing bowl. 2. In a separate bowl, beat the egg with 200ml of water until combined. 3. Now, tip the egg and water mix into the batter mix, whisking as you pour until the mixture is smooth. For Yorkshire Puddings: 4. Pre-heat the oven to 200?C/Fan 180?C/gas mark 6. 5. Add 1 tsp vegetable oil in each hole of a 12 hole Yorkshire pudding tin, then place in the oven until smoking hot. Divide the batter equally between the compartments and bake for 20-30 minutes until your puds are risen and golden. How to make perfect pancakes: 4. Heat 1/2 tsp vegetable oil in a frying pan. 5. Pour a thin layer of batter evenly over the pan and cook for about 1-2 minutes; then turn it over and cook for a further 1-2 minutes on the other side. Slide your pancake carefully onto a plate and keep warm. 6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 until all of the batter is used up. Pack - Don't Recycle
