Smoky enough to hold its own but don’t be afraid to snazz it up, it’s the super versatile flavour enhancer that’s made for modern cooking.

Uses / Instructions

Package Type Box For use by see bottom of pack Keep refrigerated below 5?C. Once opened place in water in an airtight container, use within 48hrs. Suitable for freezing, but may change the texture. Freeze as soon as possible after purchase and use within 1 month. Defrost fully before use and use on the same day. Do not refreeze. For the best results, slice it in a salad, chuck it in a carbonara or bung it in a burrito. For the worst results, wear it as an eye-patch and tell people you're a pirate.
