Made with a slow-fermented, wild yeast white wheat flour sourdough starter, for a distinctive tangy flavour and chewy crust

Expertly crafted by bakers, our sourdough boule is made with a slow-fermented wild yeast sourdough starter and flour milled in the Cotswolds. Slowly proved to develop the characteristic flavour and open texture, the dough is then hand-scored and baked, creating a loaf for those occasions when only The Best will do.

Uses / Instructions

Package Type Bag Storage Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, store in an airtight container. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze as soon as possible and within the date indicated. Best within 3 months. Defrost thoroughly in a cool, dry place for approximately 6 hours.
