Microwavable Lavender Heat Pack
Can be used as a cold compress for bruising and swelling. Place in a sealed plastic bag and freeze for at least 2 and a half hours.
THIS HEAT PACK MUST NEVER BE PLACED ON OR NEAR DIRECT HEAT SOURCES OR FLAMES SUCH AS AN OPEN FIRE
NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN UNDER 36 MONTHS
Place your heat pack in a turnable domestic microwave (max 1000 watts) for no more than 80 seconds; adjust heating times accordingly to the power of your microwave oven. Can be used as often as required provided it is allowed to cool fully before re-heating. Rub briskly between your hands to evenly distribute the heat before use.
