How to heat - For best results microwave heat from chilled.
Vegetable spring rolls not suitable for microwave heating.

Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. If product is frozen, defrost thoroughly and heat as chilled. Do not reheat.
Microwave - Each container must be heated separately. Remove outer packaging. Pierce film several times on the chicken in black bean sauce, sweet and sour chicken and egg fried rice. Oven heat the vegetable spring rolls. Place on a microwaveable plate. Heat the chicken in black bean sauce and sweet and sour chicken on full power for 4 minutes (900W), 4 minutes 30 seconds (800W). Stir halfway through heating. Heat the egg fried rice on full power for 3 minutes 30 seconds (9000W), 4 minutes (8000W). Stir halfway through heating. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir the chicken in black bean sauce, sweet and sour chicken and egg fried rice well before serving with the vegetable spring rolls and prawn crackers.
Oven - Pre-heat oven to 190?C/375?F/Gas Mark 5. Remove outer packaging. Pierce film several times on the chicken in black bean sauce, sweet and sour chicken and egg fried rice. Remove all packaging from the vegetable spring rolls. Place the chicken in black bean sauce, sweet and sour chicken and egg fried rice on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and heat for 15 minutes. Add the spring rolls to the baking tray and heat for a further 10 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir the chicken in black bean sauce, sweet and sour chicken and egg fried rice well before serving with vegetable spring rolls and prawn crackers.
Warning
During heating, the packaging may become flexible. Leave on a plate or baking tray at all times during the reheating and stirring process. Handle carefully to avoid scalding. Packaging will regain strength on standing. When removing film lids after heating, do so with caution as hot steam may escape.
Storage
Keep refrigerated. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze as soon as possible and within the date indicated. Use within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly in the refrigerator and use the same day. Once thawed, do not refreeze.
