Hand selected by our cheese graders, our award-winning mature cheddar has a versatile taste and smooth texture, making it ideal for cooking thanks to it being easy to slice, grate or melt. One of the hallmarks of our distinctive cheddar is the tantalizing crunch formed by the calcium lactate crystals which are naturally found in high quality aged cheddars.
