Uses / Instructions

Dentists recommend you change your toothbrush every three months and that interdental brushing and flossing should form a part of your daily oral care regime. Visit a dentist as often as they recommend. Mouthwash and a range of accessories can be used between brushings for a more complete oral care regime.
