Sea Isle Black Beans are a versatile ingredient in Caribbean and Latin American cuisine. The ideal partner to your favourite Sea Isle Rice or perfect for powering up your salad, soup or stew.

Uses / Instructions

Instructions: To heat through, drain and rinse well, place beans in a saucepan, cover with cold water and heat on the hob gently for 3-4 minutes stirring occasionally.
