A seasoning blend with honey, chillies and lemon
The Las Iguanas chef suggests trying with chicken drumsticks or thighs
For a veggie option, try with roasted cauliflower
Uses / Instructions
Just Add:
900g chicken wings
1 tbs tomato ketchup
1 tbs honey
200ml water
3 Easy Cooking Steps:
1. Pre-heat oven to 200?c, 400?f, gas mark 6. Arrange the chicken wings on a roasting tray and cook for 40-45 mins or until golden and crispy. Alternatively cook in the air fryer, following manufacturer's instructions.
2. Mix the seasoning, ketchup, honey and water in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Simmer for a couple of mins, until sauce has thickened.
3. Pour the sauce over the chicken and toss to coat evenly.
Serve immediately. Great with fries and corn on the cob.
